For example, earning coins or items at certain thresholds. Right now, score is mainly just for show.

I'd say just more HP and MP, more attack power or anything else has the potential to unbalance the system. |

Maybe points can be used as another type of currency to buy different stats (HP, MP, Attack, Defense) and rare items. |

Score = levels.
This was actually a side-suggestion for M'aiqs Soultrapping idea, as higher levels = better souls = more money. |

Another idea is that the score we earn in arcade games is added to our own score. But it'd only work with games like donkey kong, because our scores never end in anything other than 0. (Francis' for some reason has a five at the end.) |
