I wish to use them for a little movie I'd like to make, but I am having a bit of trouble finding any...

Easily done, M'aiq has the ROM.
EDIT: Erm...Megaman X doesn't have much of a game over screen... |

If you wanted to know, it just displays a password and puts you at the title screen. M'aiq can try looking up Megaman X4-6, he knows THEY have Game Ovder screens. |
