@shanselman One more :-). Nintendo platforms have always been very poor revenue-wise for third parties.Only Mario and Zelda make money.

It's just sad that people in the industry dont have an open mind to things new or different. There's no need to be so negative. Most of what he said was just plain wrong and ignorant.
I hate the rhetoric "nintendo should just make games for other platforms". No one else makes a platform anything like Nintendo's.

I don't really care about Origin's commnity when Origin itself is massively bloated shitware/spyware/adware and is literally a virus if I recall. It's made by EA really what do you expect.

i like origin because it's faster than steam and isnt a bloated piece of poop and the game overlay actually works.
but that's really about it.

You misunderstood, I said it was bloated, not more bloated than Steam. I don't think it's logically possible to make anything more bloated than Steam without it simply not working at all.

I can't imagine Nintendo games being on other consoles because they're often designed around the systems theyre made for (like super mario 64 with the analog stick, wii sports with the remote ect)
