the familiar fez costs a little bit more, but it gives me a gameplay advantage, and the half life hat doesn't give me one

I still don't have any of the Polycount items. I can't believe I'm one of the people on Digi who HASN'T given Valve more money.

Thats probably a good thing in the long run seeing as Valve will probably make alot of that money we all spent pointless by adding it to the drop system or distributing them a 2nd time

i have an attendant and i COULD trade for a fez / softcap with my giant piles of hat, but i'm not really that desparate for polycount hats when they're going to go down in value anyways
also once the medic polycount set hat comes out, i'll craft it and be ahead of the competition
