I'm hoping it'll be between $300-350. That's reasonable to me, considering all of the high-tech shit inside this thing.
I was thinking about buying a 3DS, but it'll have to go on hold for now. The NGP is like everything anyone has ever wanted in a portable gaming device. Can't wait.
I don't understand how anyone could not be excited about this. It's a portable gaming device of gamer's dreams. It blows the 3DS out of the water in every way possible. Not to mention it has two *crag*ing quadcore chips inside of it.
PC =/= Portable
I love my PS3 as a console and I'm getting a gaming laptop later this year. I have nothing against PC gaming and I want to get in on that action, but seeing a basically portable version of my console of choice is phenomenal.
it's all about the games, can anyone really choose a handheld just because of the specs, especially when most of the high-def graphics don't mean shit on a tiny handheld screen
Well, the games on that 3DS machine don't seem too great right now when Sony is promising Uncharted, Killzone, LBP, and much more at launch. Not to mention it can run MGS4.
It doesn't take much to run MGS4, though, all you need is a DVD player.[/chortle]
Hilarity aside though, doubt I'll get one because I don't give a shit about Uncharted or Killzone, and LBP will end up being a watered down version of what we've got on the PS3 anyway, so I'm not missing much from the games you listed.
