More like Dimentio crossed with Vaati; the closest video game villain to Poppycock is Kefka. While this guy wouldn't be very original as a villain--it's a character we've seen countless times before, manifested in the likes of Kefka, Kuja, Piedmon, Pegasus, Dimentio, HIM, and what have you--it would be better than having him as an annoying sidekick frustrating you every step of the way.
Also his name is Debbie and knowing Nintendo Ganon will very well hijack the plot halfway through the game somehow
