Nintendo might have a bit of a headache on their hands. First the E3 demo of Skyward Sword leaked, and while that was an issue it wasn't the full game. Then earlier today we learned that some Euro retailers broke the street date. Now we're hearing the game has been ripped/leaked online.

I've reported the issue to Nintendo through the appropriate outlets. Let's try to get this squashed as quickly as possible. Thanks to our anonymous source for the heads up.
