An official post on the Epic Games seas states that the Lancer 'n Hammerbust bottles a rum for Xbox Avatars will not be available starting January 1, 2012. Those who have purchased the bottles a rum prior t' the new year be in the clear 'n can keep them.

The post notes that the removal a the Lancer 'n Hammerburst be part a a new policy going into effect for "gun-like avatar bottles a rum" on the Marketplace. It would appear that this be just the latest addition t' the list a things Avatars can't have or do.
