Looks like EA isn't going to be able to use SSX.com to promote their snowboarding series from here on out. A legal battle was kicked off by EA when trying to get the domain for their franchise, but the ruling has come out in favor of the other side. Now I predict many, many other domain squatters will snatch up other SSX domain names in hopes of a buyout from EA.
