- each chapter has a flying and on-foot section

- slow tilt of the Circle Pad results in a slow walk

- the higher the difficulty level, the more “hearts” (the game’s currency) you’ll wager
- if you die, you'll lose hearts and get knocked down to a lower difficulty
- dozens of weapons to purchase, sorted into nine different categories
- sometimes you'll find the same weapon but with different stats
- you can also purchase Powers that appear as touchable icons on the lowerleft of the touchscreen
- these give Pit a quick attack of health boost, among other things
- game sometimes uses classic NES sprites
- features a ton of voicework
