RUMOR - Companies shift at Activision to boost Call of Duty, Skylanders franchises

Rumor time: Neversoft is now a partner in the annual CoD machine, and FreeStyleGames is a partner for the Skylanders franchise.
Speculation goes a bit further to state that Neversoft may actually be working on a Sci-Fi shooter, which in turn, may be a spin-off of the Call of Duty franchise. All speculation for now, but I guess it would make sense to make use of all those Neversoft employees this way.
