During a recent beta testing period, NCsoft and ArenaNet let in members of the press to try out Guild Wars 2 for a weekend, and there was much rejoicing. With a beautiful art style, complex, flexible skill system for each of the eight professions, and well-implemented public questing mechanics it seems like Guild Wars 2 could turn out to be one of 2012's best games...
