Yeah, but it still runs off the modern MC build instead of the nostalgic Classic build. I have a map in mind if I go for the Survival map, more on that later.

Why would you use the old creative? It has like no blocks to work with

Eh, just putting up the options. AFAIK the new creative still randomly generates terrain, some people might want a flat layout. Not to mention the old build uses way less processing power than the new one and is likely to be less laggy.

Ah well that sucks, I only started playing it with a couple of people like a week ago

I played Terraria for like 30 minutes. Couldn't figure out what to do.

But you spawn next to a guide, who exists for the sole purpose of telling you what to do

If anyone wanted to start playing it again I'd be happy to make a server
