Reasons why Earthbound hasn't hit the Virtual Console
1 This supposedly comes from an inside source that is familiar with what's holding the game back.
- The Sky Runner song needs to be changed
- The Chuck Berry battle song needs to be changed
- The Dali’s Clock enemy name needs to be changed
The big issue here is the Sky Runner song. The fixes with the other two issues are no big deal, but the Sky Runner change is apparently enough to put NoA or NCL off the VC release. Seems like a pretty big downer to me. Thanks to Wallid for the heads up.
