Following Wii U games will miss launch day in Australia...

- NBA 2K13, Epic Mickey 2: Power of Two and Marvel Avengers: The Battle for Earth

NBA has been pushed to early next year, while Epic Mickey 2 and Marvel Avengers will arrive on December 13th. Even worse (or better, depending on how you look at it), 007 Legends' Wii U version is not going to see release down under at all.
