Check out IGN's Guide to the level 80 Side Quest in Skyrim's DLC - Dragonborn: The Ebony Warrior. To start this quest and challenge the Ebony Warrior to combat, you must be level 80. A follower and a dragon (using Bend Will) were brought to the fight.
