Is this supposed to replace the "Topics" page or something?

Some people *cough* vid *cough* don't like topics from different boards touching each other, so they want to navigate around with a phpbb-style forum listing. So soon you will be able to make this your "home page", instead of the "all topics" view we have now.

yes, of course. Just giving the people options. And anyone can get to it by clicking "message boards" in the upper right. It shows the 5 last updated boards on the site, mixed with your last 5 updated subscriptions.

The all topics view gives the impression that the site is more active than it actually is.
