Just last week, Bandai Namco confirmed that One Piece Unlimited World: Red would be coming to the Wii U via eShop. Japan already has this title on the 3DS, but it has been announced that the Wii U version will also hit Japan. On top of that, the 3DS version is set to receive a huge update in Japan as well.
