Well, I assume it's coming next week.
Next Thursday is the last PSStore update of the year and Mm said it was going to be out before Christmas.
Last year, the MGS pack trophies came up exactly a week before its release.

Sony announced that it would be coming before Christmas and the latest "Sack it to Me" entry on the PSBlog says to get your bathing suits ready.
