The perfect DRM would be none at all. It just drives people to torrent a game so that they won't have to deal with the drm.
Meanwhile someone who bought the game is going to face with the problems.
Its a vicious cycle, people pirate the games, which causes developers to put DRM on the games, which makes people want to pirate the games to prove a point, which makes Developers continue with the DRM, and so on.
