There are 3 dates on the "Life extending machine"

July 17

August 3

April 14

July 17 is on a saturday, when valve doesn't update anything.

August 3 is a tuesday, which is when Valve used to release updates for TF2.

April 14 is on a thursday, which is when Valve usually updates now.
