Hey Everyone – I’m here to remind you that this is the last week to get the limited echoshift Add-on Levels! For those of you who don’t have a copy of echoshift yet, but will be downloading it this week (before April 1, of course), we will give you seven additional levels that will be a free gift-with-purchase for $14.99! That’s over 60 levels filled with puzzles and challenges, plus three different modes of play for each level. echoshift’s innovative take on puzzles lets you cooperate with “echoes” of your past actions to maneuver around obstacles and find new paths. Check out the trailer to catch a glimpse of this unique gameplay:

For those of you who already purchased the game before March 18, don’t worry as you are also entitled to the Add-on Levels for free! Simply log into the PlayStation Store using the PSN ID that you purchased echoshift with, and you’ll see the DLC levels for you to download in the “View All” section of the echoshift page.

I’ll leave you with a new look at some of the extra levels. Act quickly to get these though, as both of these offers will disappear from the PSN on April 1.

Have you tried out Echoshift, the excellent new puzzle game for PSP? Whether or not you've bought the game, SCEA has a pretty sweet deal for you to take advantage of. Starting later today (once the PSN update is live), current owners and new purchasers will be able to get an additional set of seven levels absolutely free. For current owners of Echoshift, you'll be able to find it by searching for "Echoshift" in the PlayStation Store.

New purchasers will be able to take advantage of the promotion by simply buying a new bundle -- which includes both the original game and additional levels -- from the PlayStation Store for $14.99. This is a limited time offer, so if you want to take advantage of this deal, you'll need to act before April 1st.

Hi Everyone – I have some exciting news to share with you today about echoshift, one of the most unique puzzle games available for the PSP on PSN. The development team created seven extra levels full of the challenging puzzles and gimmicks that make the full game so much fun! Best of all, SCEA is offering these to our fans for FREE, but only for a limited time.

Beginning with today’s PlayStation Store publish and lasting until April 1, PSN users who have yet to purchase the echoshift game will find a bundle offer on the PlayStation Store. The bundle offer includes the full game plus all seven extra add-on levels for the original price of $14.99! Now is a great time to try echoshift’s innovative take on puzzle games, where you have to create echoes of your actions that you’ll replay and cooperate with to solve challenging puzzles. Make time for Echoshift this week

The innovative time-bending puzzler Echoshift is coming to PSP this Thursday, February 25th, for $14.99. If you haven't tried the downloadable demo, there's still time to fix your mistake. Our very own JC Fletcher called it "one of the most engrossing games at Tokyo Game Show" -- and he has arguably the best taste on all of Joystiq.

The full echoshift experience will feature 56 levels and "three different game modes" for each level. Noticeably absent in this release is a level editor, akin to the one found in Echochrome. We're going to complain to Sony, but in the meantime, you can watch a new trailer after the break.

Echoshift, a PSP-ified second-cousin to PS3 puzzler echochrome, will have a demo out sometime in February. A post on the PlayStation Blog notes the game will have 56 levels, with additional downloadable levels through PSN. Hopefully the game will receive the same extensive community support bestowed upon echochrome.

As we noted in our hands-on, if you're looking for a primer to the game, feel free to try Yoshio Ishii's Cursor*10 or its sequel.

I think that if I hadn't played Yoshio Ishii's Cursor*10, I wouldn't have had any idea what was going on in Echoshift. But because I have played both Cursor*10 and its sequel, I had no problem playing Echoshift, because the Echochrome sequel is that game, but side-scrolling. This is not a complaint. Echoshift was one of the most engrossing games at Tokyo Game Show. There's far more room for exploration in the still-fresh time-loop genre.
