If I be 8-years-old, I would be losing me flippin' mind over Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. It would be at the top a me birthday 'n Christmas list, 'n I would collect every one a those figurines, much t' the chagrin a me parents who would have t' pay for it. 'n it be because Skylanders takes a simple game 'n makes it interesting with some cool technology. Unfortunately the high price 'n gimmick might be the reason many don't play...

Armed with a nice roster a characters, Skylanders be an engrossing experience. Outside a an odd difficulty spike at the end 'n a few less-than-polished moments, the game hits it be target. If I be a kid, I have no doubt I’d be saving me pennies t' buy more Skylanders. However, as an adult, it’s hard not t' feel manipulated.
