Hive - The Ladybug is an expansion piece for the core Hive game.

The Ladybug adds some new tactics to traditional Hive. The Ladybug works as kind of a cross between a Spider and a Beetle. They are able to climb up on top of the hive for 2 spaces before they must ascend back down to the main level. This allows you to move quickly and easily across the hive in ways your previously couldn't to allow you to sneak up on your opponent!

You can use the Ladybug in all of the game modes available in the core Hive game, including online, local, and games against the computer. You can also earn new achievements that can only be granted using the Ladybug!

Contagion is Now Available on Steam!
Contagion isn't your average Zombie Shooter but instead takes a more realistic and different approach to the popular genre with unique characters, environments, weapons, items, and a built in system that makes every round completely unpredictable with resources, objectives, and paths ever changing.

Roll7 says the plan is to kickflip OlliOlli onto PS3, PS4, and Steam in mid-July, bringing the Vita 2D skateboarder to other platforms for the first time. Speaking to Den of Geek, Roll7 Director Simon Bennett said "We are looking at July 22nd, [which is] my birthday!"

The ports aren't in development at Roll7, with Spelunky Vita porter BlitWorks grinding out the PS4 and PS3 versions, and Devolver Digital on board for the Steam transitions to PC, Mac and Linux. As for Roll7 it's busy with 2D (or 2-and-a-quarter D...) pixelated cover-based shooter Not a Hero. Expected in late 2014, the PC game stars a mayor-in-the-making from the future called BunnyLord who tasks players with cleaning up crime in election season by going on a murderous rampage. So it's not much like OlliOlli.

As long as it's as good as OlliOlli, we'll take all the BunnyLords Roll7 can throw at us. We gave the Vita game four stars in our review, deeming it "easy to pick up, with enough depth to warrant getting back up on your board whenever you tumble down the stairs." [Image: Roll7]

Double Fine's Hack 'n' Slash, the developer's code-breaking puzzler, is "just weeks away" from its release on Steam Early Access, the Broken Age and Psychonauts developer announced. The game is in development for PC, Mac and Linux and will cost $14.99. The developer also issued a funky new trailer that shows some of the game's hacking options.

First announced in December, Hack 'n' Slash has players guiding a young elf and modifying the game by toggling options in its menus, affecting the environment to their benefit to advance the story. The game came about during one of Double Fine's internal game jams, Amnesia Fortnight, and was funded thanks to a collaborative effort between a slew of parties, including Indie Fund and Humble Bundle. Below is coming to Steam as well as Xbox One, developer Capybara Games announced today with a new trailer.

Microsoft revealed Below on its stage at E3 2013. In August, we learned that Below and Capybara's Xbox 360 game, Super TIME Force, would both come to other platforms "after a period of time." This is the first confirmation of a Steam launch for Below.

Below is a rougelike-like, throwing the tiny character into randomized dungeons with a shield and a weapon; death is permanent. It's exploration-based and features music by Indie Game: The Movie composer Jim Guthrie. There's no launch date for Below. [Image: Capybara]

The new Whistleblower DLC for Outlast slipped from April to May, but don't think you'll be safe for too long. The PC and PS4 asylum horror admits its first piece of additional content on May 6, although PS4 users in Europe get an extra day of sanctuary until May 7.

The unfortunate soul you play in Whisteblower is Waylon Park, a software engineer who's contracted to work at the Mount Massive Asylum prior to the events of the game. After seeing what unscrupulous things the staff's getting up to, Park feels compelled to expose the establishment to the press.
