Once again, the most recently revealed characters for Project X Zone are Arthur, Astaroth, the Red Arremer, Vile, Selvaria Bles and Juri.

- cancel into attacks to keep combos going
- call in support characters and an extra character that’s part of your grou
- pick your pair unit (main team), solo unit (single character), and support unit (nearby unit that can join your combo)
- simulate almost any battle situation in training mode
- break the 99 hit limit and get a 100 hit crossover combo with five characters attacking at once

- starts with Batsu Ichimonji from Rival Schools running into Tekken characters Xiaoyu and Jin
- they meet up in a Ghosts ‘n Goblins map
- Batsu was in Roppongi before he was warped into the crossover world

- characters like Batsu only come out for one attack
- Flynn is a solo character
- when enemies retaliate you can either block, counter, or nullify damage
- a main strategy is placing your units close together
- this allows Dante and Demetri to call in X and Zero to extend a combo even further
- support units can also deal the final blow to enemies with just a little HP left
- you can have 5 at most: your pair, a pair of nearby support characters, and a solo unit

- Iris also shows up in a storyline as an event character
- X appears to recognize her as “the girl from that Repliforce incident”

- manual skills are selected by the player via the map menu
- auto skills are automatically triggered
- both require XP (Cross Points)

- .hack characters BlackRose and Kite can logout in Project X Zone
- Kurt and Riela from Valkyria Chronicles 3 are soldiers from the 1930s
- these two meet characters from the Sakura Wars games since they are from the Taisho time period
- Yuri and Estelle travel to an alternate dimension where they cross swords with Sanger Zonvolt from the Super Robot Taisen series

- Dante from Devil May Cry and Demitri Maximoff from Darkstalkers meet when Demitri stops by Devil May Cry (the shop) late one night
- Valkyrie from The Legend of the Valkyrie games shows up to first asking Dante to use his toilet.
- the ICPO and San Francisco City police are working together on the luxurious cruise ship Bermuda
- that’s how Chun-Li from Street Fighter, Bruno from Dynamite Deka, and Rikiya Busujima from Zombie Revenge meet
- while they’re investigating the ship they meet a strange guest, Hsien-Ko from Darkstalkers
- if Akira from Virtual Fighter didn’t find Jin, team Tekken wouldn’t be in Project X Zone
- Jin and Xiaoyu were attacked by a demon, which is when Akira shows up
- you must move Akira over to the weakened Tekken characters and rescue them
