- create game rules and levels from scratch
- can work on building content cooperatively
- example: you can create a race track out of pieces that snap together
- possible to drop a prop camera in game and set it up to give a 2D perspective
- design choices can be made or modified with the help of a magic wand
- this grants the power to alter objects and "Spark" mode
- Spark mode is a free-roaming editing option that allows players to modify items
- learn about Toy Box mode via tutorials called Masteries
- Masteries are guided by a little plastic action figure
- a list of unlockable Toy Box items breaks things down by category

There's a mention of cross-platform sharing, but I'm not sure that applies to Wii U, Wii and 3DS.
