So there is this movie my Mom made me go see with her once called To Save a Life.

It is a Christian inspirational film that they PAID TO HAVE SHOWN IN THE LOCAL THEATER.

Anyway, it has the best plot ever.

EVER.

It is basically the story of this dumb ass kid who grows up with this black kid and the movie starts out AT THE BLACK KIDS *CRAG*ING FUNERAL.

He flashes back to when he first met him, which is when the black kid pushed him out of the street because he was going to get hit by a car.

Except the black kid GETS HIT BY THE CAR INSTEAD.

Flash forward and the MC is now on a basketball team in high school broing out with his jock bros about to go to a sick kegger when his crippled black friend comes up and is like "I thought we were going to hang out tonight?." and MC is like "Okay." and then ABANDONS HIM ANYWAY.

I want you to take a minute to fully appreciate this scenario. This kid is now in with the jocks and has abandoned his friend who can't be part of that group because he became crippled SAVING HIS LIFE.

So what happens next? Does Jesus come to the rescue? Do they see the light of God and realize the error of their ways?

No.

The black kid shoots up the school.

And then MC is standing right there. Standing right in front of this black kid shooting up a school. And what does he do? Does he shoot his one and only friend who abandoned him? The person who is responsible for ruining his entire life?

No.

In front of MC, in front of this complete douche who has completely broken him, he POINTS THE GUN AT HIS *CRAG*ING HEAD AND BLOWS HIS MOTHER *CRAG*ING BRAINS OUT.

And that is just the first 15 minutes.

The rest of the movie covers topics ranging from suicidal asians, knocked up girlfriends, and a pastor's son who becomes the main villain and ruins everyone's life because *CRAG* IT.

So the question is, do you want to see this movie?

I'm going to try streaming live audio from this laptop for awhile today. I set up a playlist in iTunes with a few albums and am using Soundflower to stream my audio output directly through Ustream.

I'm thinking of setting this kind of thing up, with music chosen by people here, like every Sunday or something if this works. Basically if someone just wants to sit in there and check every so often that something is broken that would be awesome.

Why is the stream shorter?

You may have noticed that Panty &Stocking and Yuyu Hakusho were cut from the original proposed schedule I posted a few weeks ago, there are a few reasons for this.

Shit is getting too long. The stream was going way too late and people were getting bored watching shit that a lot of people didn't really want to watch and I was just kind of padding out time with. Luckily the two shows that got cut were becoming a bitch to find, so it wasn't that big of a deal cutting them.

Making the stream's run time a bit shorter allows me to show more of the good shit people actually want to see in a shorter amount of time, and some people might actually stay for the second half so hooray.

Also those shows were a bitch to find, so yeah. That.

BUT TEH PANTYZ AND THE STOKINS POPPLE

I am working on getting together a third weekly stream that will be solely dedicated to subbed anime, specifically shit that hasn't been dubbed at all yet and most of which is actually quite new even in Japan.

Facts are the main stream is basically just becoming Toonami 2.0. There is nothing wrong with that, but it is getting away from the roots it was founded on. Subbed shit just doesn't fly in that kind of programming anymore, so I'm just going to create a whole new block to show during the week that does cater to that kind of thing.

This doesn't have a name or time or anything yet, but here is what I'm thinking for the schedule:

I've watched parts of all these shows, and I will personally vouch for their quality. They definitely don't fit into the standard template that the main Digibutter TV stream has developed, but that's the point.

This block isn't for those people.

This is just an anime block. This is the stream where we watch anime and it's like "Man bro those are some sweet animes."
