"...anyone suspected of terrorism "should not be read their Miranda Rights. They should not be given a lawyer."
"I want them not to know what's going to happen," added the senator and former presidential candidate.
"Not only won’t they know their gruesome future, but they wouldn’t know their own rights — that’s because they won’t have any."

Mother*crag*ers are overreacting

"Nothing in this section shall be
11 construed to affect existing law or authorities, relating to
12 the detention of United States citizens, lawful resident
13 aliens of the United States or any other persons who are
14 captured or arrested in the United States"

Yeah, but the problem with this bill is that it transcends existing laws and allows already forbidden forms of torture to be used against people who are or are suspected to be terrorists, as well as denying those people life.

Could somebody point me in the direction of the specific part of the document? That thing is huge.
