Man, things just got really, really dirty. According to recent court filings, it seems that Activision was out to dig up dirt on West and Zampella just a few months before the launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Activision actually called this initiative 'Project Icebreaker', which shows they're quite serious about finding the dirt...and quite bad at coming up with clever names.
