why do people draw comics in english but include japanese text in random spots
and why do people draw mario-related characters in anime style when mario isn't anime styled at all
and why do some people insist on mimicking japanese anime when they're american and thus their work isn't going to be liked by those who like anime because it isn't "authentic"
