Version 1.8 a Awesomenauts will be released on PC next week, bringing with it a brand new character 'n some Halloween content. The new character, Raelynn, relies on the wench faithful pulse rifle, Cuddles, t' deal out the bulk a the wench damage. the wench special abilities include deployable cover 'n what sounds like a pretty devastating sniper shot. According t' the wench description, the snipe ability be "able t' zap any target over great distances, the resulting beam will take out most a the surroundings along with the target." Ouch.

1.8 also includes new Halloween content, which will redecorate the Awesomenauts arenas with spider webs 'n Jack-o'-lanterns. Spooky.
