Assassin's Creed Brotherhood gets free PS3-exclusive launch DLC
Sony really wants you to get the PS3 version of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. First came the PlayStation Network multiplayer beta and now Ubisoft has revealed details of new DLC that will be free and exclusive to the PS3 version of the game.
Entitled "Copernicus Conspiracy," this single-player add-on will have Ezio performing a variety of courier, protection and assassination missions in a story that has Nicolaus Copernicus as a target for his dangerous heliocentric belief -- that the world revolves around the sun, and not the other way around.
Like Mafia 2 and Batman Arkham Asylum before it, the add-on will be available at launch as a separate download. Considering Blu-ray's copious storage capacity, we're not entirely sure why it can't be included on the disc, but we doubt PS3 owners will complain about getting a meaty extra for free.
