Was Half Life 3 confirmed?

I don't recall whether I have made a user necro post in the last two years.

Assuming otherwise, I have lurked, but not posted for a very long while. I have done quite a lot and am currently in university for pure mathematics (appropriatly matching my first username of Pi). How is everybody?

Vote Pi for Authoritarian Overseer to the Enactment of Divine Justice

My Platform Consists of:

-- Enacting moderators and a court of heaven

-- Formulating a well defined legal system which Alex will indubitably find himself in offence of

-- Bringing back the battle and item system, chief among them the guillotine and banhammer

-- Supporting community fan fiction efforts

My Credentials Include:

-- Ongoing education in mathematical physics and actuarial science

-- Standardized testing that has placed me in the top percentile

-- Synoptic judgment that penatrates facades like a neutrino to a kilometer long block of lead

-- My trademark perspicuous discourse and perspicacious but amusing comments

Vote for Pi if the NT you identify yourself as does not stand for neurotypical!

Where I recommend VNs

Awhile back, I recall that a good fraction of Digibutter was actually enthusiastic about 999, which is actually a recycling of the 2002 release Ever17; the two of them sharing the same writer. Yesterday I finished Coco’s path and conclude: GODLY SCIFI! Seriously, this is the best visual novel in existence, and its popularity and longevity stand to show: it was re-released six times in Japan, with a recent XBOX port. To describe the sheer epicenes of this work would indubitably lead to the spoiling of some plot, but I assure you, of all scientific explanations to the ending of a story, this one was by far the most intricate. p53 cancer gene modifications, telomerase, and then biological experiments that reach the furthest depths of bio uncanny valley are all elements of this game, with some time paradoxes infused into the ending. Sheer epicenes! Read it, not the Wiki summary!

Also, I should be more active on digi.

Argh, reading Rin's path is torture, for I see Emi too much and am too hyped about lemons.

Google brought me to this website, which I thought to be graphically and functionally definitive for the generic image of a small, isolated online board. I have taken the username of Smaug, dragon of the Lonely Mountain, in accordance with the fantasy culture I have observed on this site. I hope to become a productive, intricate member of this community.

I also enjoy Token's work. Enjoy yourself, thought my actuarial charts tell me that enthusiasm of joining a new forum fails in at most one week.
In defense of psychology

You cannot deny that humans have a nature. Moreover, seeing that infants are born with a fine array of gnostic neurons, archetypes and ideas really exist within the human system. Psychology is not a science of reality, albeit what is wrong with studying a system within its confines. In fact, any meta-level of study would have absolutely no direct implications to one’s perception of daily life. Whenever we hear ourselves spoken of reductionisticly, it bears no effect to the holistic image of ourselves; Euclid’s 5th Common Notion: the whole is greater than the part. Thus, if we claim to be sentient, we must at least be aware of our system and its confines. Sure, psychology is greatly folklore, speaking of dreams and delusions, but it is a required aspect of life. Say the Myers-Briggs Indicator, the classifications are not set in stone, say the fundamental particles of the human mind, but each component is a reasonable trait with definite dichotomy. I would continue ta say, that the four traits cover the greater part of pigeonholing personalities, an ideal which I believe to be achievable. As we are of the same species, our synopsis is quite similar, as are our mannerisms. The existence of society stands testament to this.
